🌸 Prenatal Massage Policy Prenatal massage is available for clients without high-risk complications, with provider clearance when needed, and who are comfortable in supported side-lying or semi-reclined positions. Massage may be rescheduled or declined for high-risk concerns (pre-eclampsia, bleeding, placenta previa, history of preterm labor), illness or infection, severe swelling or unexplained pain, or recent injury, surgery, or restricted activity. Pressure is gentle to moderate only, with no deep tissue or prone (face-down) positioning. Focus areas may include neck, shoulders, hips, legs, feet, arms, and low back (within safe limits). Clients should stay hydrated, rise slowly, and report dizziness, nausea, or unusual discomfort. Please communicate any discomfort or pregnancy changes so the session can be adjusted safely.

Postpartum Restore is a customized therapeutic massage designed to support your body’s recovery after pregnancy and childbirth in a calming spa environment. Sessions may help ease muscle tension, reduce stress, improve relaxation, and relieve common postpartum discomforts including neck and shoulder tension, low back and hip discomfort, posture strain, and overall fatigue. Pressure, positioning, and session flow are adjusted based on your comfort level and stage of healing, including supportive side-lying positioning when appropriate. Clients following a vaginal delivery are generally recommended to wait at least 6 weeks before massage therapy. Clients recovering from a Cesarean delivery are generally recommended to wait at least 8 weeks unless medically cleared earlier by their physician. Clients with delivery complications, blood clot history, uncontrolled blood pressure concerns, infection, or other medical conditions may require medical clearance prior to treatment.
